In the string production process, after years of research and experiment, we upgraded from nano coating to PU polymer coating process to solve the fatal oxidation problem of strings.

In 2020, we adopted the world-leading PVD ion plating technology for strings. Under vacuum conditions, raw materials are vaporized into gaseous molecules, atoms or ions and deposited onto string surfaces to form a solid protective film.We have developed an Ultra-thin Polymer coating. It extends service life while preserving the original tone perfectly.
